On behalf of everyone from Axel Månsson A/S, we hereby say THANK YOU VERY MUCH for receiving the Green Dolphin Award 2024.
Justification:
“You create heat with your dirt and grime for 12,000 homes. You change attitudes towards ecology and healthy lifestyles, through your hard work and good example. You cultivate the light heathland to perfection, and have created a unique business adventure with vegetables of the finest quality.
The first hen came in 1981 – today 230,000 happy hens lay more than 72 million eggs.
What you have created, Axel, is unique. And what you convey, Dorrit, to our many guests is world class. You always make an indelible impression.
You are “The Taste of Denmark” if anyone, and we hope our good cooperation for the benefit of us and our many guests will continue and develop for many, many years to come.”
Background:
It is the Vermø family from Herning who awards this award, and who, among other things, is behind Ans Rejser A/S and several hotels, and “travel with content”.
Månsson has several contact surfaces and collaborates with Ans Rejser. Among other things, with the Taste of Denmark – the popular food travel concept that began during the corona period, as a replacement for bus trips to e.g. Denmark. The Harz Mountains and Lake Garda.
Since then, the concept has been further developed with other taste journeys, and this year, for example, Månsson is featured in The Taste of Gourmet.
Many hundreds of guests from all over the country have therefore visited Månsson with Ans Rejser A/S, since the spring of 2021. Heard a lecture/company presentation, been in dialogue about Danish vegetable production, ecology, climate, green energy etc., been on a tour of the farm and in the fields, and had a green, organic lunch, prepared from the farm’s freshly harvested products.
