Dansk Cater X Bimi® X Månsson

Join us as Denmark’s largest vegetable producer, Månsson, together with Bimi, opens its doors for a day dedicated to Bimi® broccoli.

Get a unique behind-the-scenes look at Månsson and its special collaboration with Bimi – both in the field and in the kitchen.

We will start with a trip to the fields to experience the production up close.

Afterwards, we will head to the kitchen with Morten Larsen from Bimi, who will inspire us with dishes featuring Bimi broccoli.

We will round off the day with a late lunch, where you will have the opportunity to taste all the delicious creations from the workshop.

• We start the event with coffee and a green snack.
• Welcome and introduction to Bimi by Morten, Dorrit and Benjamin.
• Field walk – visit the Bimi fields at Månsson.
• Workshop – Bimi takes centre stage in the kitchen.
• Late lunch – tasting the dishes prepared during the workshop.
