From 2015 we can also offer organic broccoli. We plant our organic broccoli plants directly on the ground in soil pots. Before planting, they are cured under fig cloth so they are better equipped for the cool spring temperatures.
Emphasis is placed on using varieties that are both suitable as an ingredient in hot dishes and for salad. Sort easily cut into good crispy bouquets, as it makes it easier to cook broccoli in salad.
We aim to deliver broccoli with good crispness and good taste, nice color and good durability after harvest.
