
Chinese cabbage was our first horticulture culture cultivated on open air, and we have therefore built a great and valuable experience in cultivating Chinese cabbage. We did benefit from our good watering conditions and cooling facilities, which are of great importance for the handling of fresh raw materials and just over 20% of our production of Chinese cabbage , which goes to the cold store for delivery over the winter. Chinese cabbage, as the name strongly suggests, originates from China. It is a good source of vitamin A and vitamin C.
