
Organic fennel was also found in the Organic Demohave 2011. It originates from West Asia and the Mediterranean, is a fairly new vegetable in the Northern European context when it first came in the early 1980s. Despite the fact that Fennikel is very delicious vegetables, with a wealth of uses, it is as if it has never been through the Danish kitchen kitchens. We think it’s a pity and we have therefore chosen to start a smaller production of organic fennel this year.
Fennel is in family with dill and parsley and has a fairly mild, sweet sweet taste resembling liquorice or anise. At the same time, the plant is rich in A, B and C vitamins.
